Double Page Spread Photoshop Draft

I'm really pleased with how this double-page spread came out. I think the layout looks really good, as does the colour usage. I think for my final design I may make a second double page spread, as more of an intro to the article, most likely having only an introductory sentence on the page. I had a few technical difficulties with this one, and for some reason it wouldn't allow me to add a picture to the page. Below is the picture I was going to use, however again, I don't really like it, and I was going to cut it out so I could just use the image of my model, instead of the background

Contents Page Spread Photoshop Draft

This is the first draft for my contents page of my magazine. I am not too sure on this page. I like the general layout of it, but I'm not too sure about the lack of colour and pictures. This page will be the one I will need to do the most work on before the final hand in date. Again, I don't really like the image used, and I will make sure to get another one next time I do my photo shoot.

Front Cover Draft

This is my first Photoshop draft for my front cover. I am unhappy with the main image used, and I definitely plan to have another photo shoot infront of a green screen in order to get a good front cover image. As with the layout of the sell lines and general feel of the magazine, I quite like that, and I will keep that look in my final design.

Magazine Drafts

Front Cover                              Contents Page            DoublePage Spread

These are the 3 drafts for each of my magazine pages. As you can see, they are very brief. I thought as this was the first draft that I had to complete, I would more focus on the layout of the pages. It is highly likely that I will re-do them after I have begun my magazines, as at this point I'm unsure if this is the certain layout I will be using. In addition, Im unclear of the sell lines I will be using on my front cover. These are hugely significant as often they will sell the magazine. It is likely that the front cover will be the first page that I will create, so I will possibly make another draft in the near future
